Editorial Reviews and Product Descriptions

Product Description

Above All Co. The Forearm Forklift moving straps were designed in 1997 by a professional mover who is still very active in the industry. After many years "on the truck" he felt compelled to invent a tool that actually eliminated the risk of floor damage. A claim that only the Forearm Forklift can make since the dolly and hand truck require the rolling of wheels on your sensitive floors. Coincidentally, he also designed them ergonomically to encourage proper lifting techniques and body mechanics. They are actually the first and only OSHA accepted moving tool ever to reduce potential injuries due to heavy and repetitive lifting.

Benefits:
- Reduces weight of item being carried by 66%
- Creates handles on any hard-to-handle pieces
- Great for going up and down most stairs or truck ramps
- Tight turning radius (excellent for 90 degree turns in hallways and switchbacks in staircases)
- Will never scratch wood floors, break tile, stain carpets or rip vinyl (linoleum)

The Forearm Forklift was awarded "Best New Product of the Year 1999" by the Industrial Equipment News whose constituents are solely top professionals in the business.

The Forearm Forklift Lifting Straps are a great item to have around, especially if you own a house. There's always furniture that needs to be moved for parties, rug cleaning, and redecorating. I wish we had these years ago. I suggest that both parties read the simple instructions so the principles of how they work are understood--you need to have them on your forearms to reduce the strain. The Shoulder Dolly is also a good product, and we use both, depending on the size and shape of the object being lifted. Someone with a bad neck or shoulders will do better using these than the Shoulder Dolly.

These are incredible for moving furniture, etc. We went to pick up a large entertainment center (66 x 76) that was solid oak and it did take 3 adults to move but we could not have done it without these straps. I would highly recommend and also if you do have to move heavy objects, buy some of those moving disks that go under furniture for sliding on floors. It makes the job soooooooo much easier.

This product is ok , if u have strong arms but it is really hard to carry heavy items. perfect for Mattresses ,but not for heavy appliances like dishwasher or stove ,,cause all the weight is on your forearms

I bought this to help moving some pieces of furniture around and for moving things up the stairs as I live on a third floor.

It helps manuver quite well but it does not allow to lift too much weight as the forearms get very tender.

For heavier tasks I bought some straps that base their support an all my upper body, and have had better results with this.
