I have owned my KitchenAid mixer for 27 years, and it is wonderful. But, I have used it so often over the years that I actually wore the finish off the flat beater. My Kitchenaid mixer is 14 years old so I was thrilled that I could find a replacement part so easily and for such a good price. If the beater paddle is missing the whole mixer is worthless!. But this paddle came quickly, fits my old mixer perfectly and I am back to mixing cookies and cakes in the kithchen every day. What can I say, I never thought about this item until I didn't have it. I hope this one lasts another than 14 years!
