Its solid copper bottom is sandwiched between layers of stainless steel for even and quick heat distribution, and it's oven-safe up to 450 degrees, so you can keep your creations warm in the oven after they're done cooking. While many pots age like avocadoes, Cuisinart's shiny mirror finish stays new-looking for a long time and is easy to clean.
