This book is a must-have for Kundalini Yoga practitioners and teachers, and anyone who is interested in using pranayams (breathing exercises and meditations) to achieve mental clarity and inner balance. It is probably the most comprehensive collection of breath-based kriyas taught by Yogi Bhajan, and quite a bargain given the sheer amount of information provided. It's also nicely put-together, with line drawings, explanations, and a spiral binding.
